Payment

1. Which currency and mode of payment do you accept?

All prices stated in this website is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

For Singapore order,

We accept bank transfer, ibanking, PayNow/PayLah!, Paypal and credit card.

For International order,

We accept Paypal and credit card only.

 

 

Orders

1. Your item is out of stock. Can I preorder?

We don’t do preorder unless there is high demands on the item. All product in this website are in stock (unless otherwise stated) and in limited quantity. You may check our twitter/instagram for updates on restocking or group order for your country.

 

2. How long will you process my order?

Please allow 1 – 3 working days (for local orders) and 3 - 5 working days (for international orders) after your payment has been verified. Delays are expected if there's a high volume of orders. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If it takes longer than usual, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately.

 

3. Can you help to combine shipping from my two separate orders?

Yes, we are happy to help! You may contact us beforehand so we can prepare your parcel and refund excess shipping cost (if any). However, do take note that it can only be done if both of your orders have not been ship yet and they are to the same address. 

 

4. I have ordered one preorder item and another item which is in stock. Can you ship the item which is in stock first?

If you want the item which is in stock to be delivered first, kindly order separately. By default, if you have ordered both in stock and preorder items in one order, we will hold your order until both items are available with us to be ship to you.  Alternatively, you can always contact us for clarification.

 

5. Can I open a Group Order (GO) for my country?

We always encourage GO so that you can save on shipping and handling fee. However, as the pins are in stock (unless otherwise stated), they are still based on fastest fingers first and probably fastest internet connection too. We kindly advice you to contact us first to check with us before proceed. Do follow us on twitter/ instagram to see available GO or any updates.

 

 

 

 

Shipping 

1. How do you ship my order? How long will it reach me?

For Singapore order, 

Normal Mail         :   does not come with a tracking number and we are not liable for any lost parcel, takes 3-5 working days.

Registered Mail   :   comes with a tracking number, takes 3-5 working days

For International order,

All orders will be sent via Air Parcel through Singapore Post and comes with a tracking number. The package takes 5-18 working days to reach you upon dispatch at the post office, depending on your destination country. You can track your parcel here

Product

1. What are the grades for?

Slight imperfections (scratches, air bubbles, tiny dots etc) may occur in mass manufacturing of these merchandises but not deemed as major defects. This grading system is to help you choose your preferences.

Grade A    :  99 - 100% Flawless pins. The best pins from the batch but may have few slightly noticable minor flaw for some

Grade B  / Standard   :  Almost Flawless pins. They have noticeable defects, and may have one major flaws or few minor flaws for some

Grade C    :  Slightly Flawless pins. They have noticeable major flaws but still good for wear 

 

2. Can I see how Grade B and C look like before I purchase them?

We regret that we can't fulfil everyone request for that anymore. Grade B and C pins will be given at random. But not to worry, same as Grade A, we will still try to give the best pin from the batch to everyone in which ever grade you choose!

 

3. I am not happy with my product. Can I request for a refund?

We do not accept any refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us and we will try to see what we can do for you instead.
