    Description

    WW1 WW2 German 1916 M16 M17 Stahlhelm Helmet Original. BF64
    I believe this is the M17 model as the liner uses the steel band. Marked BF64 and 64 size stamp. Etched into the back underside of the lid lid is a name possibly “Michael” and “6/734”. Possibly a unit designation. Only information I could find was for the Jager Regiment 734 of the 104th Jager Divison (Wehrmacht) but that is a guess. The leather suspension is in place with some tears in places where it attaches to the helmet. There are two pads retained under the liner but unsure if the pads are original.
