O.K. Pickelheads-here we go-out of the woodwork comes this rare Prussian Garde Pickelhaube-Bought this from a Gentleman whose grandfather sent this back from WW1-its literally been sitting untouched for 100 years.  Prussian Garde Pickelhaube-Super solid leather body rates good+ condition-Brass fittings-although you couldnt tell by looking at it-heavily tarnished-you can clean to your taste or leave as is-no extra holes behind frontplate-chinscales are present but tarnished and broken-solid spike,base,sidelugs. Front visor has shrunk leaving the trim seperated-very nice flexible liner-appears to be completely unmarked. I purchased this piece to restore and just dont have the time-leave as is-use for parts or restore-opening bid is less then what I paid for it-good luck !!!!! .Check pics. Check my other auctions!
