Named Original German WWI WW1 Firefighter Fireman Pickelhaube Helmet w/ Liner

Description

This is an Original German Germany WWI WW1 Firefighter Fireman Helmet w/ Liner.  This helmet is a pickelhaube that has been used for firefighting rather than infantry, this can be seen and infantry helmet have a spike, whereas this one has a mow hawk style attachment on the top.  The helmet is in used condition, though as you can see from the photos, the helmet is in stunning condition, there is nearly no chipping, dents, or scratches on it. The liner and chinstrap are in great condition, it is still soft with all of the original paint, though there is a tear in it, so one side hangs, this is shown in the photos.  Other than that, there are no major imperfections in the helmet. There is nearly all the original paint, the entire helmet still is black, with no rust on it. It's in fantastic condition, especially for how rare these things are. The size, is written on the inside of the helmet, there is a 55 and a 54 written, so the size is small.  There is an F engraved on the front of the helmet, I'm pretty sure this is someone's initial or personal marking.
