German helmet, manufactured between WWI - WWII (cannot specificly allocate date, but STOCKO pins on it were produced till WWI, so it is not newer. STOCKO factory were established on 1901 and its best days were during WWII).
This cap was acquired from Russia, so most likely it belonged to some wehrmacht or luftwaffe.
